Sporting Life Preview

Tony Martin's four-year-old BUSTED TYCOON got off the mark at Tramore in April and improved again to land a handicap at Perth 10 days ago. Though penalised 7lb for that latest victory, he is fancied to complete the hat-trick here as there is more in the tank. Breaking Bits' win in a maiden hurdle at Fontwell is only ordinary form while Speed Steed has been chasing. Don't Be Late won at Worcester in April but couldn't follow up off a higher mark at Wetherby and has been raised a further 8lb since. Mount Vesuvius is still on a fair mark, however, and has place claims again.

Oddschecker Verdict

It's difficult to look past the hat-trick seeking BUSTED TYCOON. She stepped up on her Tramore maiden success when winning on the bridle on her handicap debut at Perth 10 days ago and a 7lb penalty shouldn't be enough to stop her if arriving in the same mood today. It would come as no surprise to see her rack up a sequence. Don't Be Late is another progressive sort and he is most feared in the first-time cheekpieces, while Fontwell scorer Breaking Bits also holds claims.

Prediction: 1st Busted Tycoon, 2nd Dont Be Late, 3rd Breaking Bits
