We begin with a man who is never too far from the limelight; Jose Mourinho to be the Next Premier League manager to leave their post, was one of our most popular bets on site. A year down the line and things aren’t quite as bad for the ‘special one’ but some questions are being asked. At present, you can get a reasonable price of 20/1 forhim to get the axe next .

Tony Pulis was favourite to get the Crystal Palace job, which he did. However his employment was short lived and after just 28 games in charge; the Welshman was sent packing. Things are on the up for Mr. Pulis, as today he was offered a new contract at West Brom after a string of gritty performances. The Baggies are as long as 11/2 to finish in the top 10.

Ricky Hatton was 2/1 to beat none other than Floyd Mayweather. The Hitman was well supported by the patriotic punters and bets were flying in. Unfortunately the bookies were right, with Mayweather eventually stopping the fight in the 10th. Nevertheless, a great night for British Boxing.

Arsenal were strong favourites to win the title and defend ‘The Invincible’s’ legacy – 8/13 to be exact. The title was in-fact won by Chelsea, who were sat at 3/1 on the odds grids. This goes to show the unpredictable nature of the Premier League and allows us to look past Man City this year. Arsenal at 11/2 and Chelsea at 13/2 being particularly enticing.
