Confused about something?
My bet returns don't add up properly
Check the event you have bet on has not been affected by any unforeseen circumstances. A rule 4 may have come into effect in a horse race or there may have been a dead heat.
If you have bet on the exchanges then there will be a percentage charge on your winnings. Set your personal settings to the percentage you pay on winnings so you can always see the real returns you can achieve from a bet.
