Will West Brom finally let the unsettled striker leave The Hawthorns?
Saido Berahino has been engineering a move away from The Hawthorns for over a year now and it looks as though he may finally get his wish. The Baggies have had a £15 million bid accepted for West Ham striker Diafra Sakho, which might give Berahino the green light to find a new club.
Crystal Palace lacked goals last season and they have been on the lookout for a new striker. With several bids rejected for Liverpool’s Christian Benteke, the Eagles have now turned their attention to Berahino as they believe he’s the man to fire them up the table next season. You can get odds of 8/11 that he will make the move to Selhurst Park.
If you don’t fancy Palace, Stoke have also confirmed their interest in Berahino. Mark Hughes is a huge admirer of the 22-year-old and is willing to be patient but any move is likely to be secured before the start of the season. You can get best-price 2/1 that he will make the move to the Bet365 Stadium.
West Brom value the striker at £20 million, a fee which could put a lot pressure on the young centre-forward wherever he may end up.
