Manchester City v Chelsea - Saturday 12:30, Sky Sports 1

Man City managed to come from behind to beat Burnley last week, and Pep Guardiola will be feeling vindicated by his decision to rest some key players at Turf Moor. John Stones, David Silva, Ilkay Gundogan and Kevin De Bruyne were all left out of the starting 11, and given title rivals Liverpool and Chelsea have no European fixtures this season, the extra rest be crucial.

Chelsea also had to come back from an early goal last week against a faltering Spurs side, preserving their winning streak which now stretches to seven games. It was the first time during this run that they’ve conceded, though they face a tough examination of their defence here where they must confront an in-form Sergio Aguero, who has 33 goals in his last 34 top-flight outings. The Argentine has scored the first goal in five of the six matches this season in which he’s scored, and has generally enjoyed a good record against the Blues across all competitions throughout his career with nine goals in 13 encounters. As a result, we think he offers decent value at 4.65 as the first goalscorer.

Antonio Conte has made full use of having no European commitments, fielding the same starting 11 in six consecutive matches. However, City are fresh for this clash and undefeated in nine at the Etihad, and so despite Chelsea’s incredible form of late we’re staying away from the match outcome over 90 minutes. Instead, we’re backing the first-half draw in what should be a tight game, with 10 of the last 14 meetings between these two being level at the break.

Sergio Aguero First Goalscorer - 1pt @ 4.65
First Half Draw - 1pt @ 2.3
