Torino can continue their good record against bottom six sides on Monday evening.
Udinese v Torino - Monday 18:00, BT Sport 1
Udinese made it back-to-back wins as they won 3-1 at Palermo on Thursday night to climb up to 12th. Torino were beaten 2-1 at Inter, due largely to a Joe Hart fumble that allowed Icardi to open the scoring, before the Argentine netted a late winner. That was their first defeat in seven games and as a result they drop own to 8th.
Udinese have beaten strugglers Empoli and Pescara at home so far, but their record when hosting sides between 6th and 12th is just W0-D5-L5 since the start of last season, despite the fact that they led at the break in three of these games. Indeed, they’ve been ahead at the break in four of their five home matches this term, but they only held on to win two of these.
Torino have lost three of their five road games so far, but two of those defeats came at the San Siro and their record when travelling to bottom-six sides is W8-D4-L2 since 2014/15, suggesting they look a big price to win at 2.55. However, given Udinese’s strong first-half record at home and the fact that Torinio have led at the break in just four of their 24 road games since the start of last season, we’re making Draw/Torino Half-Time/Full-Time our best bet.
