Atalanta's great run could come to an end in Turin on Saturday night.
Juventus v Atalanta - Saturday 19:45, BT Sport 3
Juventus were blown apart by Genoa in their last match as the hosts raced into a 3-0 lead within half an hour, only managing a late consolation goal once the game was already lost. It was their third defeat in Serie A this season, though seven of their eight losses since the start of last season have come away from home. In Turin the Bianconeri have only lost once in 73, winning their last 23, scoring at least two goals in each of their last 11 and at least three in seven of these.
Atalanta are on a fantastic run with eight wins in nine unbeaten games, including victories over Napoli, Roma and Inter. They also achieved a draw with Fiorentina and, with low expectations away against the dominant team in the league, they can approach this game without fear.
Juve have won each of their last 12 matches against Atalanta in Serie A, and we think with home advantage should emerge victorious here. However, to get some value we’re backing Juventus/both teams to score at 3.5. The Champions have uncharacteristically kept just one clean sheet in their last seven, and have defenders Andrea Barzagli, Leonardo Bonucci and Dani Alves all sidelined. With Atalanta on a six match consecutive winning streak, where they’ve scored at least twice in five, we think this price offers excellent value.
