Andy Holding nailed another nap selection yesterday so don't miss today's advice.
Visually, VINCIAETTIS (best price 11/8)
made heavy weather of landing the odds at Chepstow last time out (not fluent at numerous hurdles), but the time figure he produced in beating the useful Maxanisi told a totally different story. In clocking very smart overall and final circuit numbers, Warren Greatrex’s charge clearly was running at a deceptively higher standard than at first thought, and if he can translate that level of ability to an extra four furlongs, the son of Enrique has every chance of following up before being put away to summer grass.

DOMINATE (best price 3/1)
went agonisingly close to providing George Scott with his first turf winner of the season at Ripon last week, but he looks to have every chance of settling the score in this similar handicap. Formerly with Richard Hannon, the son of Assertive had rather lost his way on the evidence of some of his performances towards the backend of last season so it was encouraging to see him back with a spring in his step at the Yorkshire venue. Staying on well in the closing stages, he narrowly failed to reel back Ladweb, who’d obtained first run inside the final furlong, but that effort in finishing second gives him a sound building block for the rest of the season.

KASBAH (best price 10/3)
posted a massive speed figure when making a successful winning return to action over today’s C&D last time out and Johnny Murtagh’s charge will prove difficult to beat if performing to a similar level here this evening. Tracking strong early fractions travelling well, the Acclamation gelding quickened well to assume command inside the final furlong and although Go Kart did put in a late thrust to make it interesting, he was always holding the runner-up at bay. Likely to be ridden in a similar stalk and pounce fashion, the four-year-old should get the perfect set up again with several front runners in the line-up.

Martyn Meade has his team in decent form at present and NAVIGATE (best price 3/1)
looks set to provide the Suffolk handler with plenty more to cheer about following his encouraging comeback at Doncaster 15 days ago. Staying on well in the latter stages after being hampered at halfway, the son of Iffraaj went through the line in the style of a horse with plenty more to give and having previously been successful over today’s C&D on heavy ground, everything looks set fair for the four-year-old to duplicate that victory despite top weight.
