Racing fans are set to witness the second of Frankel's offspring hit the track on Friday as the Hugo Palmer-trained Majoris has been declared to run in division two of the six-furlong novice stakes (2.40).

Majoris is one of three two-year-olds sired by Frankel currently in training with Palmer and the Newmarket handler has been impressed with what he has seen from Majoris at home.

"I've been very happy with him, all of my Frankels are beautiful movers and they have active minds, but not silly or quirky," said Palmer.

"We were aiming Majoris at a race at Newbury in June but it's a bit close to Royal Ascot, where we want to take him to the Chesham. He's been pleasing me at home."

The first of Frankel's offspring to be seen on a racecourse, Cunco, caused quite a stir when making a winning debut at Newbury and he immediately earned quotes of 6-1 for the Chesham Stakes at Royal Ascot next month.
