Andy struck with three winners on Tuesday so don't miss today's selections.
MASTERPAVER (NAP) (best price 3/1)
ran a Herculean race at York on his latest outing and his current rich vein of form makes him an obvious and irresistible pick in this competitive affair. Predominantly better known for his exploits on the all-weather, Richard Fahey’s charge took advantage of a lenient handicap mark when landing his first success on the grass at Haydock, and he duly followed up with a tenacious display back over the same course seven days later. His most recent effort, however, was arguably an even better one than his two victories, as he was the only horse to last it out of those that were ridden prominently in a very strongly-run lady amateur riders contest at York. Clearly in the form of his life on the evidence of that performance, the son of Mastercraftsman still looks particularly well handicapped and also has the luxury of racing around the inside courtesy of box one.

FRANCO'S SECRET (best price 3/1)
is a fairly reliable customer at tonight’s venue and looks set for another positive display following his eye-catching performance here 20 days ago. Held up for his usual late charge, Peter Hedger’s charge just found himself with too much ground to make up on the leaders in the final two furlongs, but in making a bold fist of the task at hand, he gave out enough positive signals to suggest he’s worth another go when returning to the Sunbury track.

EVIE BE COOL (best price 15/2)
ran a race full of promise over tonight’s C&D on debut and is taken to make the necessary improvement needed to be a major force against a similar group of opponents. An unfancied 66-1 poke 42 days ago, the daughter of Jeremy was unsurprisingly slowly away and towards the back of the field in the early stages, but despite being hampered several times down the home straight, she ran on powerfully late on to finish a creditable never-nearer fifth behind some useful fillies. Indeed, the race in question has thrown up subsequent winners such as Just Joan, Californiadreaming, An Cailin Orga and Camillia Jamonica, so it’s safe to say Joseph Murphy’s inmate ran to a very high standard at the first time of asking. Likely to improve significantly from that initial experience, this scopey grey filly is expected to play a leading role in the outcome returning to the scene of that performance on almost identical ground.
