Redskins look the value call in the first Monday night NFL match of the season.
Pittsburgh Steelers at Washington Redskins – Tuesday 00:10, Sky Sports 1
The first Monday night football of the NFL season is in the nation’s capital when the Washington Redskins welcome the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Skins have slowly been putting together a competitive roster over the last few years and this past summer spent big making cornerback Josh Norman the highest ever paid NFL corner after he left the Carolina Panthers.
Norman will probably be shadowing the Steelers own star for most of the match; namely wide receiver Antonio Brown. A negative for Pittsburgh is they are missing possibly the NFL’s best running back in Leveon Bell, who is serving a three match ban to start the season.
Washington were very capable at times on offense last year with tight end Jordan Reed having a breakout year. Defense is not the Steelers main asset and home teams in prime time games are always tempting so a Skins winning margin of 7-12 is what entices us here at a big price.
