The Vikings could struggle to cope with in-form Dallas on Thursday night.
Dallas Cowboys at Minnesota Vikings – Friday 01:25, Sky Sports 1
After being spoilt last Thursday with three live games on thanksgiving night, NFL fans will have to make do with just the one this week.
Starting the season with five straight wins had the Minnesota Vikings fans dreaming of a Super Bowl appearance but it's been a tale of woe since. Kicking, quarter-back and running-back problems have coincided all at once, which has resulted in just one win over the last six games. It doesn't get any easier for the Vikings either as they host the Dallas Cowboys who after last week’s win over the Redskins, hold a 10-1 record.
The Vikings strength all year has been their defence and yet they're only 12th in the NFL when it comes to stopping the run. This doesn’t bode well with the Cowboys and in particular running-back Ezekiel Elliott coming to town. The rookie has been one of the revelations of the season so far and he can lead Dallas to cover the 3.5 spread.
