Richmond are overwhelming favourites to win their second Grand Final in just three years. If GWS have any chance of spoiling the Tigers’ party they’ll need a huge performance from one of their star midfielders.

The betting public is looking at Josh Kelly to be the man to put in a game-winning performance to win his team a historic Premiership. Kelly has had plenty of offers from Victorian clubs trying to lure him away from Sydney and his choice to stay is now paying dividends.

The All Australian is $15 with one bookmaker to land the prestigious medal at the MCG, which places him 6th favourite in the market.

As mentioned, Dustin Martin tops the market ($6.5) with bookmakers believing he’s got a 14% chance of winning the Norm Smith. Dion Prestia, Tom Lynch, Toby Greene and Bachar Houli follow in a tightly contested market, but it’s Kelly who has accounted for the majority of bets.

As for the clash itself, a lot of the early money has been poured into Richmond, with only a small percentage giving GWS a chance.
