Australia is the strong favourite to host the 2032 Olympic Games, with a plethora of punting attention on the world’s biggest sporting event going down under.
The country is $3 clear front-runner to host the Games, ahead of the rest of the runners and riders in the race.
Those in the team tasked with bringing the games to Australia are bidding for their third Olympic Games, after previously hosting in 1956 in Melbourne and 2000 in Sydney.
Elsewhere, a joint bid from North and South Korea is the second favourite to land the prestigious tournament, with the controversial countries chiming in at $4.
Germany has been installed as third favourites for the honour at $5, with the country of India rounding off the betting at $6.
The 2024 and 2028 Olympic Games are believed to be secured for Paris and Los Angeles, with 2032 still up for grabs for countries bidding.
Oddschecker spokesperson George Elek said: “Despite hosting the games in this millennium, Australia are the favourites to host the Olympics for the third time.
“It is not known which city will be looking to open its doors, but there are plenty of sport mad options which may explain why the odds are so short.”
