After making her rehearsal debut at the Eurovision stage in Tel Aviv over the weekend, bookmakers have slashed the price of Aussie entrant, Kate Miller-Heidke, claiming the 2019 Eurovision crown.

Bookies have cut odds from $51 to $34 after a flurry of betting in the last 24 hours which has seen her account for 20% of all bets placed.

In fact, the Aussie singer-songwriter has accounted for 10% more bets than favourites the Netherlands ($2.50) & Russia ($5.50).

Oddschecker Australia spokesman James Baxter; ‘After coming agonisingly close in 2016 with Dami Im, it seems like Europe is starting to warm to another Aussie songstress. ’

“Kate Miller-Heidke is an amazing artist and after a spectacular performance in rehearsals, the world is now discovering just how special she is.’
