North Melbourne v Hawthorn

This is set to be a belter at the Etihad, in recent years this game has had some heat, and Friday Night Footy should see more of the same.

North were formidable at the beginning of the year, but have shown signs they might struggle against the top teams in Finals, to add to their two losses from the last three they now have some serious fitness concerns to deal with.

Hawthorn, are being classic Hawthorn, not really standing out but getting the results, and once again will cruise to another finals position.

The Hawks quite rightly so smashed Essendon last weekend when they were a few players light, they’re unbeaten in three and with a refreshed Mitchell in their ranks will be a real handful. Both teams are full of dangerous forwards, however I’d much rather have Rioli, Bruest, Puopolo and Gunston in-front of me.

Jump on the Hawks to beat an injury riddled Kangaroos, Hawthorn to be leading at half-time and full-time at $1.65 looks the bet of the night. I’m getting on that man Sam Mitchell again, $2 for the midfield gun to have over 30 disposals is well worth backing! He’s reached thirty in game for a while now, missing last week will have done him good, if the Hawks are to win the flag again this season, it will be down to him.
