Will the Adelaide Crows remain undefeated after they clash with North Melbourne?


The only negative for the Adelaide Crows in 2017 is that you cannot win premierships in April, if you could, they would have added the 2017 flag to the pair of premierships that they won in 1996 and 1997.


The Crows have been the benchmark so far in 2017 and in six matches have recorded victories by 56, 24, 17, 65, 67 and 76 points.


Last week the Crows were ruthless, after trailing the undefeated Tigers at quarter time they made them look like witches hats and as a result shot to the top of the table and premiership markets.

Taylor Walker booted six goals and the first goal of the match while Rory Sloane was bordering on unstoppable as he collected 33 possessions and kicked two goals and would have certainly polled three Brownlow votes.


The advantage for the Kangaroos is that this game is being played at Blundstone Arena, a ground that the Adelaide Crows have never won at while North Melbourne has turned the ground into a ‘home away from home’ having won nine of their 13 matches in the Apple Isle.


North Melbourne finally cracked through for a win last week when they overcame the perennially disappointing Gold Coast Suns.


Popular forward Ben Brown was the difference booting a match winning six goals including the first goal of the game.


While North Melbourne has been competitive every game this season, they will be in for a lesson in the midfield up against the Crows and their return to the winners list will be short lived.


These teams clashed three times last season, North Melbourne saluted by 10 points in Round 1 with the Crows too good in Round 14 saluting by 33 points and then winning their Elimination Final by 62 points.


Adelaide Crows games have been a shootout so far this season and it is worth backing the Total Points Over 189.5 ($1.92 @ Unibet) and the Crows should comfortably cover the line as they claim another victim and extend their winning streak.
