Can the Tigers recover from a heartbreaking defeat?
It has been a tough week for Tigers supporters after their side once again snatched defeat from the jaws of victory and after starting the season 5-0 and dreaming of their first premiership since 1980, the Tigers have subsequently lost three straight games and look headed for a fourth.
The Tigers run into a GWS side that by contrast snatched a dramatic late win against Collingwood last week and despite the fact they are missing several key players through injury, the Giants continue to win and are in a position where they can make a tilt deep into the finals.
After starting the season $251 for the Brownlow Medal Josh Kelly continues to catch the eye and will again play a vital role for the Giants.
Kelly had a game high 36 disposals last week in the win over Collingwood and again looks a good chance to get the most touches.
For Richmond they have shown that they are a good side when their big four of Dustin Martin, Trent Cotchin, Jack Riewoldt and Alex Rance are playing well, but they lack depth.
Martin started the season with a bang but has had a quiet fortnight and will be desperate for a big game. There are plenty of markets around him and one that might be worth looking at is him gaining 25 or more disposals, something that he has done every game this season except in the big win over Brisbane.
While GWS is missing a host of key players in the midfield, they should have too much quality and class through that region against a Richmond side that will be low on confidence after last week.
Both these teams play a similar style of footy which is moving the ball quickly and kicking long into the forward line with key marking targets, as a result expect a free flowing game that will be conducive to high scoring.
We are keen on the Giants winning and the Total Points going Over 160.5.
Jeremy Cameron kicked six goals last week and looks a good bet to kick the most goals.
GWS UNDER 39.5
