Essendon / West coast Under 191.5

Essendon face West Coast in what should be a competitive match up. Both these teams have made it clear that they will be showing some form of D, which is a good omen for these rebuilding Bombers.

4 of the last 5 fixtures between these two have gone under the total as well as the Eagles being 34-21 to the Under on interstate trips.

I wouldn’t mind taking the point with the Bombers but the under is much more appealing in this fixture.

Look for the score to struggle to get to the 180 mark, let alone crack 190.

Fremantle -21

We tipped Fremantle to bounce back after their unexpectedly poor 0-2 start. This game should be a continuation of their current form.

Carlton have benefited from some poor weather which has leveled the playing field in a lot of their matches

Fremantle has won 15 of the last 20 between the two. Carlton hasn’t covered 17 of their last 30 games and overall I think Fremantle roll to a victory in this one.

Melbourne (H2H)

For those interested this should be a guarantee of a pick. I like Melbourne minus the 12 point start but if the form of a multi I don’t feel any need to risk it.

Melbourne is the better team and in a derby I don’t think they will be taking the underperforming Kangas lightly.

Melbourne has clearly taken a step into relevance. North have beaten up on Melbourne for years now. It’s time for the other brother to exact some revenge.

Recap:

$1.91 - Essendon / West coast Under 191.5

$1.91 - Fremantle -21

$1.50 - Melbourne (H2H)

Approximate odds: $5.47
