Sydney vs Hawthorn (Friday)

This is a lock for the Swannies!

They are starting to find their feet now and against a Hawks side that is well past its best, Sydney should get the job done in style.

I think psychologically the Hawks will be damaged after blowing a big lead against the Pies last week.

Look for Buddy to have a big game and kick Most Goals.

RECOMMENDED BET:

SYDNEY

VALUE PLAY:

HAWTHORN -34.5

VALUE PLAY:

LANCE FRANKLIN MOST GOALS

Western Bulldogs vs St Kilda (Saturday)

Get on the champs to get the job done.

The doggies aren’t playing bad footy and it’s taken a supreme effort to beat them so far in 2017. While the Saints have proven to be a tough competitor, I don’t think they have enough weapons in the locker to knock off the dogs.

Look for Lachie Hunter to have a big game and I don’t mind him to notch at least 30 Disposals.

RECOMMENDED BET:

WESTERN BULLDOGS

TOM BOYD MOST GOALS

Melbourne vs Gold Coast (Saturday)

No Ablett equals no points for the Suns.

Even with one of the best players of this generation the Gold Coast Suns have continually disappointed, so without him, it’s going to get ugly pretty quickly.

Get on Melbourne to win and win well!

RECOMMENDED BET:

MELBOURNE

Richmond vs Essendon (Saturday)

I can sense the Tigers are ready to break their losing run.

After smashing it early on, Richmond has lost their past four games but against traditional rivals Essendon I think they will re-establish themselves as top eight contenders.

I reckon they have a bit too much in the locker for the Bombers who will prove to feisty opposition.

The value will be in exotic markets and I think Tigers hitman Jack Riewoldt is a shoe-in for Most Goals.

RECOMMENDED BET:

RICHMOND

THE LOCK:

DUSTIN MARTIN 30+ DISPOSALS

VALUE PLAY:

JACK RIEWOLDT MOST GOALS

Adelaide vs Fremantle (Saturday)

I don’t want to be touching the price about the Adelaide Crows this week.

They are way too short for mine and I don’t think they are playing as well as the price suggests. Fremantle have a few injuries but jees I am all over the value they are currently offering with $6 available across multiple bookies.

Just remember the Dockers started slow but have really ramped things up in recent weeks and I think they will stick right to the Crows in this.

Collingwood vs Brisbane (Sunday)

The Pies are going to make Brisbane suffer in this.

Collingwood still have ambitions of playing finals and this is an easy four points on offer for them. They are playing well enough to rack up a score against the poor old Lions who are 1-8 this year.

Jamie Elliot is your man in the Most Goals market. Get on!

RECOMMENDED BET:

COLLINGWOOD -44.5

Carlton vs North Melbourne (Sunday)

I just can’t see my boys causing the upset on Sunday arvo.

North are a good side despite having only won three times this season but I think they will be too strong for the Blues. Carlton haven’t been hopeless though so they might give them a fright at some point but the shorts look good for the Kangas.

RECOMMENDED BET:

NORTH MELBOURNE

THE LOCK:

MARC MURPHY 30+ DISPOSALS

West Coast vs Greater Western Sydney (Sunday)

I am predicting the Giants will be flexing their premiership muscle.

Even though they are missing a few players through injury, most notably Stevie J, for mine they are an ultra consistent side and will prove too strong across the board for the Eagles.

Yes, the West Coast Eagles perform better at home but they were handled by the Bombers last week and this is far tougher.

RECOMMENDED BET:

GWS

THE LOCK:

JOSH KENNEDY 30+ DISPOSALS

VALUE PLAY:

JEREMY CAMERON MOST GOALS
