Record 6-3

Another good result last week turning over profit. Lets keep the good times rolling.

Leg 1 – Port Adelaide -4.5 1Q

Port Adelaide are a class side and coming up against a Bombers team who stuck with the Giants last week will be no easy feat.

Essendon had a notable start last time round. They battled back to take an early lead against the Giants. Port Adelaide won’t have the same complacency.

Port has beaten up on teams outside the top 8 and should win this one by at least a couple of goals come the final siren.

The Power will make their presence felt right from the opening kick off. Look for Port Adelaide to cover the first quarter line.

Take the Power!

Leg 2 – Melbourne / Collingwood Wire to Wire (Any other result)

This game should be played between the forward 50’s. We will see a gritty game with a number of ebb and flows throughout. Both teams come into this off the back of wins.

Melbourne will now be playing a hot Pies side whereas the Pies are without three key stars.

All we need is for either team to go on a run after the 1st quarter.

It’s not rocket science. This will be a battle and both teams have the chance to pull a late upset.

Look for a back and forth encounter in Melbourne.

Leg 3 – Greater Western Sydney 1-39

Greater Western Sydney is the better team here. That’s not up for debate.

Carlton will be burning after their loss to the lowly ranked Roos last week.

This is the type of spot that Carlton is pegged with a big line and plays up to their competition. The Giants now have the target well and truly fixed on their back and will be getting a 100% effort from all oppositions.

The Blues have a great record covering 76% of their day games. They can still cover a 33-point line and have the Giants win.

Take the Giants with a fair score!

Leg 1 – Port Adelaide -4.5 1Q

Leg 2 – Melbourne / Collingwood Wire to Wire (Any other result)

Leg 3 – Greater Western Sydney 1-39

Approximate odds: $8.55
