Rugby League – Indigenous All Stars v Māori All Stars

Friday 8:00pm

The Tip: Māori All Stars

Why: While the Indigenous side has an intimidating backline that is built for speed with the likes of Bevan French, James Roberts, Latrell Mitchell and Josh Addo-Carr, their weakness will be in the forwards with Andrew Fifita the leader of the pack and the only one with big-game experience.

The Maori side is stacked with experience and has a massive advantage in rep games with 223 caps amongst the squad compared to the Indigenous team's 33. Also, Kalyn Ponga is a superstar in the making and his influence for the Maori outfit will be the key to their success.

A-League – Adelaide United v Western Sydney Wanderers

Saturday 7:50pm

The Tip: Adelaide United

Why: The Wanderers snapped their 10-game winless run against the Mariners last week, but there isn’t enough quality to topple the Reds at home. There are four spots and 17 points difference between the Reds and Wanderers on the table for a reason.

Greyhounds – The Meadows R8 Temlee

Saturday 9:38pm

The Tip: Orson Allen

Why: Was brilliant in winning the Cranbourne Cup last week. He flew the lids and gave nothing else a chance. If he leads again I doubt anything can run him down.

FA Cup – Newport v Man City

Sunday 4:30am

The Tip: Man City -2

Why: I think we’ve all bought into the Newport story, but unfortunately, Manchester City will bring it down to a crashing end.

Pep Guardiola didn’t go easy on Rotherham or Burton (the second-leg ended 1-0, but let’s be honest, the tie was over), and he won’t against Newport, either.

FA Cup Multi

NBA All-Star – Team Giannis v Team LeBron

Monday 10:00am

The Tip: Team LeBron

Why: The Greek Freak may be second favourite to win MVP this year but we don’t know what he was thinking when he was picking his side. LeBron’s team is absolutely stacked with shooters and we just can’t see them losing in a game where defence is basically non-existent.
