No1 NANGAWOOKA First-up record is okay and worth noting against fellow maidens here.

No5 JUBILEE BLUE Outmuscled last time but did a good job and rates here.
No4 DIVINE COMMAND Chased hard inside the last 100m last time. Doing well enough to warrant.
No10 STOLEN ANGEL Was well liked at $4.40 and gave sound effort last time.
No9 SMART STILETTO (Best Roughie) Was backed from $16 into $7.50 and tried hard first-up. Fitter.

No2 A PRIVATE PARTY Has ben freshened up for this and gets the experienced Stephen Baster replacing an apprentice after finishing a sound fifth over 955m at Moonee Valley on February 10. Has claims.
No7 NORTHKAPE Loves this track and she can rebound on her eighth over 1000m at Moonee Valley on February 24. With Nathan Punch’s 2kg claim carries 55.5kg and rates as a danger here.
No3 GO ONE BETTER Was easy in betting but high in the market at $5 last time before finishing seventh over 1206m at Moe on February 3. Gets senior rider Jamie Mott replacing an apprentice and drops a kilo to 59.5kg.
No6 INVINCIBLE ME Was given a respite when failed to finish seventh over 1000m here on December 23. Gets weight relief here dropping from 61kg to 58kg and does like this distance.

R6 – 9.00pm. Browns Sawdust & Shavings Handicap – 2025m.
No10 DOMESTICATED (BEST BET) Gets blinkers on and the winkers go off for this race. Plummets down in class after running a sound fifth in the Group 2 Autumn Classic (1800m) at Caulfield on February 25. Gets the talented rider Luke Nolen replacing Dwayne Dunn and only rises 2kg to 57kg. Looks to be in the right race here.
No8 I AIN’T THE ONE Was bumped and checked several times and forget the run.
No9 CONSTANT RETURN Won and placed second three times from past four starts.
No2 MOMENTARY Loves this track and is racing at peak form.

R7 – 9.30pm. Obrien Real Estate Class 1 Handicap – 1500m.
No2 VALTIMOR (NEXT BEST BET) Looks to have found the right race and with three runs now under his belt is at his peak. Latest ran on well to finish fourth over 1500m at Sandown on February 22. Top jockey Damian Lane stays on board and he only rises a kilo to 60kg against inferior opposition.
No3 JESTA DREAMA Broke the ice at his third start to win over 1400m in a maiden at Ballarat. Up in class here but makes appeal.
No6 BUBBA’S CALL Was consistent before breaking his maiden status at his eighth start over 1600m at Werribee last start.
No7 JOCASTA Has claimed second spot at her past four starts this campaign.

No5 KABUKI Was given a soft trial over 800m here on February 7 in preparation for this race. He is out of the Godolphin stable and was well backed to win first-up last time. Respect.
No4 EFFORTLESS POWER Won at Ballarat three starts ago. Was jumped on at long odds when backed from $41 into $17 before finishing fourth over 1200m against her own sex at Pakenham on March 2. Rates as a chance.
No2 BAY OF BISCAY Did not have much luck at the finish but may have peaked anyhow when running third over 1100m at Keyneton on February 20. Dean Holland is the new rider and rides at 59.5kg.
No3 BEN BADER Has been in excellent form on the provincial tracks. Won at Ballarat before running a good second over 1200m at Benalla on February 12. With the 3kg claim carries just 56.5kg.
