No8 STEP IN TIME Middle-distance bred galloper and hails from the top stable of Darren Weir.
No1 ALL EEZ Placed at two of three South Australian starts. Is worth noting.

No6 HIGH BOUNTY Is a staying bred filly who should sprint well fresh. She capped her last campaign with a smart win over 2000m in a maiden in the provincials and has top apprentice Michael Dee to ride.
No1 STAR IMPULSE Was nailed late when finishing second over 1400m against her own sex here on March 9. She was the $2.70 favourite that day and she has been placed at three of her past four starts.
No5 FREE SPEECH Has had a solid preparation and against her own sex here is a chance on her last run where she led but was swamped when sixth over 1600m at Bendigo on February 28. Makes each-way appeal.
No2 INTERCHANGE EMILY She won first-up at Sale and has continued to be competitive. Latest ran third over 1400m against her own sex here on March 9. With top apprentice Ben Allen on board she rates highly.

No5 SHARING (NEXT BEST BET) She won with 57.5kg two starts ago before up in grade and backed from $13 into $10 before finishing sixth over 1400m against her own sex at Flemington on February 18. Bill Egan is the new rider and though she jumps 5kg to 59kg she does drop in class significantly and looks a top chance.
No7 HE’S THE BOSS Has won at two of his three starts and given two soft trials in preparation for this.
No10 GINGIE (BEST ROUGHIE) Should gain a perfect run from gate four and form is solid.
No4 CURVANO Has done well at this track with two wins and two placings at past four starts.

R7 – 9.00pm. DooGood Powder Coating Class 1 Handicap – 1200m.
No2 AEROPLANE Is lightly raced and has changed yards from Jason Warren to Ciaron Maher. Won maiden here three starts ago and solid fifth over 1200m at Sandown on February 8. Good chance.
No1 TREMBLING Was solidly backed into a $2.35 favourite before racing away to a 2¼ length win in a maiden at Yarra Valley on February 25. Has a wide gate in 12, which is a drawback, but has perfect form.
No9 SINTARA Has some claims on win over 1200m in a maiden at Swan Hill before finishing a solid second in outer country last start on March 11. He is on the quick back up but does have Craig Newitt to ride.
No3 MISSILE BOOM Showed he was forward with a good win in an 800m trial at Cranbourne on March 6. Gets Jamie Mott to ride first-up and has a solid record fresh. Rates as an each-way hope.

R8 – 9.30pm. Sportsbet Racing Form Handicap – 1400m.
No3 NORTHERN LION (BEST BET) Was second-up and eased in the market from $3.70 to $5 before fighting hard to run second over 1400m here on March 2. Katelyn Mallyon replaces Mark Zahra but will lack nothing with the riding change. Has had winkers added to his gear and looks a strong chance.
No1 NO COMMITMENT Had won at this track two starts ago and was a good second last run at Sandown.
No5 MILWAUKEE Ran a great second at Ballarat first-up and will be fitter.
No6 MISS CLOONEY Has a perfect draw in six and won here last start.
VALUE RUNNER: No6 MISS CLOONEY
