Rosehill for our Saturday meeting in NSW. We have big fields throughout the day here which gives us the chance to have some good betting opportunities. We will be on a good track come race day and with the rail out 6m the circumference. We should have fair racing.

No7 KANGA’S EYE resumes here after being a runner up in the Gimcrack behind Jorda at the start of the season. She really worked into that race well and showed as if she should improve with time. She has had a good long break and looks to have trialed in good fashion.
No11 INTRINSIC got the job done in good fashion on debut at Gosford, the step up to 1200m now looks quite suitable. I liked how she has had that hit out at the provincials before coming here, as she should be further improved with race experience.
No1 FALCONIC has trialled well coming into a fresh run here. He had good early season 2yo form, and probably had, had enough by the time he got to the Magic Millions. He has had a good long break and I know he is well rated by the stable just behind She Will Reign.
No5 REVENIRE was a nice winner on debut at the provincials, he had a good hit out there and really ran through the line well for what was a strong win. The step up to 1200m and getting to a bigger track of Rosehill suit.
VALUE RUNNER: No1 FALCONIC
No1 NEW UNIVERSE (BEST BET) should take that next step through the grades here after two dominant wins in as many starts in his Australian career. The margin may not have been big last start, but he was back in distance and full of class. Back to 1200m now is much more suitable and he should finish right over the top again.
No10 TEST THE WORLD has been strong in both wins this time in. She steps up in grade yet again here, but looks ready for this step.
No4 MEDITERRANEAN has a lot of ability and hasn’t lived up to the wraps on him yet. He has been gelded and has trialled in good enough fashion coming in.
No2 FARAWAY TOWN will have the last shot at them here. She hasn’t won in a long, long time but this is as weak a race as she has run in.
VALUE RUNNER: No2 FARAWAY TOWN
No1 DAGNY really got the job done in good fashion last start coming off a poor run previous to that. She stays in BM78 level here and rises 4kgs, but this race looks a touch weaker than that and she looks to get a good run on the map.
No6 REIBY RAMPART drops well in grade from recent runs here to just an off season Saturday race. The rise in weight a worry, but the way she has been running this time in gives her a chance.
No5 LABDIEN really finished off well when resuming, the way she ran through the line showed that a step up in distance would suit. She only goes up 100m but that may well be enough for her to finish over the top.
No3 WAHNG WAH has really gone to a new level this time in and has shown a big want and will to win. She claims down to 57.5kgs now after the claim for King who is riding well at the moment. She is drawn to get a good run and has her chance.
VALUE RUNNER: No5 LABDIEN
No8 MARCO MAN (BEST ROUGHIE) has taken another step since joining the Donnelly stable this time in for a good win at Wagga and a good run there over the carnival. The trial last week at Canberra was nothing short of fantastic and after the claim he is well weighted.
No3 ZAMEX had to go back to the trials since the last start run behind Niccanova (Fred Best Winner) where he bombed the start and charged late. This is a super weak race and he should have this lot covered, but the price is skinny.
No5 MISTER MARMALADE has solid form around and has now joined the D Williams yard since the last preparation. No trial coming in makes me quite wary as the 1400m fresh could be a little bit of an obstacle. But he is a horse who needs further later in his preps.
No6 AUTUMN was a good winner when resuming and is trained by M Dale who loves a highway. She may be a touch flat second-up from a spell, as she did appreciate further last time in. But you have to respect the M Dale placement
VALUE RUNNER: No8 MARCO MAN
No7 JUST DREAMING drops in grade from the Scone Guineas where he did a good job against some nice horses, previous to that he was coming out of a class 2 at Gosford and really stepped up. The claim here for King is suitable as he comes in with just 57kgs.
No11 WALK THE STREETS comes out of good form behind Pelorus Jack (won again Wednesday) and White Moss. Getting to her home track for the first time this preparation and now that she is third-up from a spell she looks set to peak.
No13 VOLPE has been good in winning his last two runs this preparation since joining the Williams stable. Now while this is a big step up in grade, he looks to be quite progressive horse in the making and he has no weight on his back after the claim for Panya.
No8 PICARDY ROSE has been good in both runs this time in and looks to get a super soft run on the map here. The form out of both runs this time in have stood up quite well and she has a chance to get a Saturday win.
VALUE RUNNER: No13 VOLPE
No3 REINCARNATE gets a chance to win second-up from a spell here. I think the race that he ran in fresh will prove to be quite a good form race going forward and he looked to have a lot of improvement left in him there. The claim for Ryan is good and he has his chance.
No6 WILD ‘N’ FAMOUS has been really good in both runs this time in. He found the line strongly in the same race as Reinicarnate, and there doesn’t look to be a lot between them here. Just at the weights I need to lean to the toppy.
No7 INVINCIBLE KNIGHT will have the last shot at them and gets the speed on which he wants, he really didn’t live up to market expectation last time in, the spell looks to have done him a world of good going off his trials and if he is fresh enough he can finish over the top.
No11 FIRSTHAND gets a soft time of it here on the map. He has run two good races in both of his runs this time in, I am not sure if he still has that killer punch. But he does come to his home track for the first time in a while and looks set to peak third-up.
VALUE RUNNER: No7 INVINCIBLE KNIGHT
No10 SO WILLIE (NEXT BEST BET) drops 4kgs off the last start win and the step up to 1800m on his home track just looks ideal. He has come back a new horse this time in winning three of his four starts. Avdulla jumps on board here for the first time this preparation and he looks to control the race here.
No9 MONTAUK hasn’t had much luck in his last two runs and has really closed off well on both runs. From barrier 1 he will get that suck run that he loves and with even luck will be in the finish.
No8 BELIEVE should jump out of the ground here stepping up to the 1800m for the first time this prep. She is now fourth up from a break and has her chance.
No4 GOD’S IN HIM has been fantastic in both runs this time in. He really closed off well in the Scone Cup, but was no match for the winner. This is much weaker than that and on his home track he should be ready.
VALUE RUNNER: No8 BELIEVE
No7 SIR BACCHUS looks set to peak third up from a spell out to 1400m here. He has been brilliant in both runs this time in finding the line well in both. I think the 1000m-1300m second-up was a stretch too far. But now at 1400m he gets a great run in the map from barrier 1.
No9 INVINZABEEL got a 10/10 from Angland last start and just owned the race from the outset, he steps up in grade but good weight relief for King helps offset that. From gate 5 he gets a good run of the race here and has his chance.
No11 SLIGHTLY SWEET will win a race at a big price soon enough I am convinced that she is going better than what her form reads. She finally drops out of Group racing and comes back to handicap level. She is brilliantly weighted after the claim and has a chance.
No10 OLD NORTH has been horrid in his first two runs this time in and I don’t know what has gone wrong, there has been money for him at both runs and he has offered nothing. He gets to 1400m now and if he wants to be a horse, he can win.
VALUE RUNNER: No11 SLIGHTLY SWEET
No2 GOT UNDERS hasn’t had much luck at his last two runs and has taken on harder races than this, coming out of the Luskin Star and the Town Plate at Wagga. The step up to 1500m now is a good one as he has a brilliant 1500m record and with good weight relief from the claim he has his chance.
No11 LOUIE SEA KAY was quite good last start at Hawkesbury at their standalone meeting. He is a horse who has run well at Rosehill in the past and at this stage of his career the distance of 1500m does look ideal for him.
No14 DREAMFORCE is well weighted after the claim here and gets a chance to win one here after being softened up in the lead last start. Carrying just 51.5kgs down from the 59kgs he won’t know who he is with that on his back.
No15 REIBY THE RED was 1.5L fifth when first-up. Second up-last prep he finished 0.1L off New Tipperary. Wouldn't surprise to see him win.
VALUE RUNNER: No2 GOT UNDERS
