This meeting was set for Doomben but has been moved because of a dates switch involving many meetings. The Sunshine Coast has had a huge work load and rain. But it seems to be holding up well enough and all runners should get their chances here. But the fact the rail is out nine metres probably means the fence will be best.

QUADDIES (races 5,6,7,8)

Skinny Play: 2/2/3,8/2

Wide Play: 2/2,4,7/3,8,11/1,2,7

BEST BET: R4 – 2. HIRTSHALS

Best Roughie: R6 – 4. REVALDOR

R1 – 12.00pm. XXXX Fillies and Mares Maiden Handicap - 1200m.

No2 ROSE GARDEN Has been placed three of four starts and was unlucky at her other run. Has also had a trial before last start third at Ipswich. This is weak and rates a strong each-way hope.

No4 JET 'N’ WILD Two runs have been good for a race like this. Fifth but not far behind handy horse at her last start and rates highly here.

No8 VERILY Forget only start when had no luck and well beaten. We liked the way she won a trial at Doomben recently and that gives her a chance.

VALUE RUNNER: No8 VERILY

No2 ROSE GARDENSunshine Coast 03:00 - Winner

R2 – 12.35pm. The Pump House Caloundra Cup Day 1 July C,G, and E Maiden Handicap - 1200m.

No1 KINGS LEGEND Has good form for a race like this including last start when third in Doomben maiden late last year. Has had a trial and good second at only other first-up run.

No7 MURT REYNOLDS Has had a few chances but usually about the place in similar races to this. No luck when last-start fourth this track.

No2 ALL PLUCK Another who is the bookmakers friend but always does enough to get us in for one more run. He will win a maiden one day and has a few things in his favour here despite the bad barrier.

No6 HAROLD VICTOR Has shown some ability but is very immature. We liked his Doomben trial before ordinary first-up run. Give another chance here as fitter.

VALUE RUNNER: No6 HAROLD VICTOR

No1 KINGS LEGENDSunshine Coast 03:35 - Winner

R3 – 1.10pm. HMR Projects Class 4 Handicap - 1000m.

No6 ADERITO Has been most consistent this campaign without winning. Ran home strongly for second at Ipswich last start and suited by this long straight.

No7 GRACEVILLE Doesn't win many but has good track and distance statistics. Always a hope these races.

No1 BULL 'N' BEERS

No 5 MR HENNESSY

VALUE RUNNER: No 6 ADERITO

No6 ADERITO Sunshine Coast 04:10 - Winner

R4 – 1.45pm. Pro Pool Queensland Cup Sat15 July F&M Benchmark 65 Handicap - 1200m.

No4 CLOCKWORK ORANGE She has some handy Victorian form in previous campaigns. She was well beaten in a Doomben trial but stable rarely ask their horses to do much in trials.

No8 HIDDEN ROSE Old mare but she caught the eye when flashing home for third at the Gold Coast last start. Has a chance at big odds.

No1 LIPSYNC

No9 SHEER PERSISTENCE

VALUE RUNNER: No8 HIDDEN ROSE

R5 – 3.20pm. Coastline BMW QTIS Two-Years-Old Handicap - 1400m.

No6 SHOWASHADOW Has a few tricks but on her day is very smart. This is far easier than last-start failure in the BRC Sires when she was one of many not to handle the conditions. Give another chance here.

No10 LEROY ROCKS

No11 NAKED

No4 GUISSOLA

No6 SHOWASHADOW Sunshine Coast 05:20 - Winner

R6 – 2.55pm. Wimmers Premium Soft Drinks Class 3 Handicap - 1400m.

No2 JACKPOT Strong winner at the Gold Coast first up and nothing went right when fifth at Ipswich last time. Another suited this bigger track.

No7 KYLIE'S FAME Led and battled on for fourth in harder race at the Gold Coast last start. Should be on the pace again.

No4 REVALDOR (BEST ROUGHIE) Has been getting fitter with recent racing and not far away at Gold Coast last-start when seventh. It was a much better run than it appears on paper.

VALUE RUNNER: No4 REVALDOR

R7 – 3.35pm. Yalumba Class 2 Handicap - 1600m.

No3 PINOLINO Failed this track two runs back when got out to 1800m but runs around 1600m have been good. No luck last-start third at Ipswich and rates a good chance again.

No8 MAJOR CONSUL Had a long break from racing but fitter now with recent runs including a good win this track and distance. A definite hope again. Raced against some top horses as a youngster.

No11 BOCAGE He has won twice this track and distance and he is fitter for two runs from a spell. He usually starts to fire three runs into his campaigns.

VALUE RUNNER: No11 BOCAGE

R6 – 2.55pm. Wimmers Premium Soft Drinks Class 3 Handicap - 1400m.

No3 BOURBON ROAD Doesn't win many but has tried hard in all of his starts this campaign without any luck. Suited on this big track with an in-form jockey who is noted for getting his horses rolling at the right time.

R8 – 5.10pm. Bundaberg Rum Colts, Geldings and Entires Benchmark 65 Handicap - 1200m.

No2 PATRONIZING Best form is at this track and is better placed here than first-up failure at the Gold Coast. He has a good second-up record.

No1 TAMBO'S HEART

No7 TRUCULENT
