Small fields on the eight-event card make it difficult for punters to find a lot of value.
The opening race has an odds-on favourite in Glam Guru, who faces five opponents and that is before final scratchings are taken on Saturday morning.
The false rail will be at the three-metre position from the 1200m to the winning post and at the true position for the remainder of the course.
The track rating is anticipated to be a Good 4, but with rain forecast on Friday and a cool day on Saturday the track may deteriorate. A low maximum of 16C is forecast for Saturday.
