Hawkesbury for the midweek Sydney meeting this week, we have 7 races on the card coming off of cup week. Some intriguing races ahead for punters here. The track will be good and the rail is +3m 1300m-400m; True Remainder.

QUADDIES (races 4-5-6-7)

Skinny Play:  9,10  -  4  -  2,7,9  -  2,4

Wide Play:  3,9,10  -  4  -  2,7,9,10  -  2,4,6,11

BEST BET: R2 – No.8 TIKI BAR

Next Best Bet: R5 – No.4 MARBLE

Best Roughie: R3 – No.7 SPARKLY STAR

R1 – 2:00pm Blakes Marine Handicap - 1800m.

No 1 AONAIR comes out of a good race last start behind Sky Boy who has since run well in Melbourne, this is weaker and 1800m suits.

No 5HIGH DUDE comes out of a good race last Tuesday behind All Too Soon, good jockey change here adds to chances.

No 7 LUCKY JACKSON gets a good run just behind the pace here, and the form isn’t too bad for a race like this.

No 6 TINKERMOSA has been good in all three starts and getting out over ground will only improve this horse.

VALUE RUNNER: No 7 LUCKY JACKSON

R2 – 2:35pm Hawkesbury Race Club Motel Plate - 1300m

No 8 TIKI BAR (BEST BET) comes out of an ok enough race first-up, where she wasn’t fit enough. She had a lot if improvement from the yard that day and did have the bias against her on the night. The open expanses here will suit and she should be very hard to beat.

No 1 JAUNTY brings quite good form to this race, and should run well second-up.

No 3 CHAIN OF FOOLS comes out of a good race first-up and can only improve fitness wise.

No 5 SASUBA has been going quite well this time in, with two strong trials and a good run first-up.

VALUE RUNNER: No 5 SASUBA

R3 – 3:10pm Lander Toyota Plate - 1300m

No 7 SPARKLY STAR (BEST ROUGHIE) comes out of a good race first-up from a spell, and if we have Tiki Bar as our best, he has to run well here.

No 4 LANKAN PHARAOH was good in both runs in the first prep and has been trialing well coming into this.

No 2 ROTOITI resumes as a gelding here with no trial coming into this, watch the betting moves.

No 1 DREAM I CAN was good enough first-up and can only improve from that run

VALUE RUNNER: No 7 SPARKLY STAR

R4 – 3:45pm The Livamol Dash - 1000m.

No 9 ENVY OF ALL comes out of some good races this time in, I am a huge fan of Demerara and that form is strong.

No 10 ELEAZAR won well first-up at the course and distance, this is a step up in grade. But Team Hawkes is going well.

No 3 ABSOLUTE RIPPER is a winner at the track and distance in the past, she will jump and run them along here and give sight.

No 2 WANNA GET WHAT is an absolute 1000m speedball and has built quite a good record in the short career.

VALUE RUNNER: No 3 ABSOLUTE RIPPER

R5 - 3.03pm. BURRELL INDUSTRIAL ESTATE GUNNEDAH Benchmark 65 Handicap - 1010m.

No 4 MARBLE (NEXT BEST BET) didn’t get the best of rides first-up from a spell, and gets a very good jockey change here. I think he is a genuine group colt in the making. He should improve from the first-up run and give them a galloping lesson here.

No 1 THE HIPSTER resumes here and betting moves need to be watched from the stable.

No 2 CYMBALISM was good enough fresh and should take a lot of improvement from that.

No 5 NICCI’S GOLD brings good form to this and is next best here

VALUE RUNNER: No 1 THE HIPSTER

R6 – 4:55pm Clarendon Tavern Handicap - 1300m

No 9 LADDER resumes here with the new stable and this is her last start before she goes to stud. The trial coming in has been very good.

No 2 INVINCIBLE GEORGE was good enough first-up from a spell and brings a solid second-up record to this, Clark on suits.

No 7 SAN PABLO has been trialing in good order coming into the fresh run. Gai has her team flying at the moment.

No 10 RADIANT CHOICE brings a strong formline to this, as well as a good SP profile and should be respected.

VALUE RUNNER: No 7 SAN PABLO

R7 – 5:30pm Stylemaster Patios Handicap - 2000m

No 2 WALLANGARRA has been very good at winning the last two runs, the step up now to 2000m suits and the claim for Adkins suits.

No 4 BAYSA won't have track bias against this start, she does go up well in weight here and at 2000m suits.

No 6 RAISE AN ARMY bolted in when breaking the maiden last start in good fashion, now that he has won, he may well go on with it.

No 11 AURORA ROSE gets a good claim for King here down to 55.5kg. The two runs have been quite good and she looks the leader here.

VALUE RUNNER: No 6 RAISE AN ARMY
