No11 PEARL DE VERE will sport winkers for the first time. Latest ran a sound third over 1312m maiden at Geelong on May 19. She finished second at her sole start first-up and with Damien Oliver on board rates with good prospects.
No12 PETRONAS has been given a three-week respite and gets her chance here. Latest she ran a close third over 1300m maiden at Stawell on October 23. She was well-fancied in the market that day and should be in the picture frame here.
No5 MY BOY GREG was placed at prior two starts before finishing sixth over 1100m maiden at Bendigo on November 1. The five-year-old stallion was tramped five deep and had a very tough run that day. He can bounce back here.

No9 GRASSINI comes to this track with a strong win over 3224m at Echuca on November 7. He drops to 51kg here with the 3kg claim of apprentice Tania Hope and with no weight and able to race forward looms as a good chance.
No2 SLY ROMANCE absolutely loves this track with a record of two wins and two placings at five starts. Returns here from an 11th over 2800m at Flemington on November 7. Should find this far easier, but he does go up 5kg to 59kg for his drop in grade.
No6 CHERON WARRIOR the tongue-tie comes off and he does back up here after finishing fourth over 2540m at Cranbourne last Friday night. He won over 2837m at Kyneton two starts ago so he is rock hard fit.
No3 GREAT LANE gets a nice weight drop of 3.5kg to 55kg for his second start at this track. Latest he lumped 58.5kg to run a close fifth over 2218m at Geelong on November 11. He is on the swift back up but is now race hardened.

No1 NATURE STRIP is in the early stages of career with a win and a second at two starts. He was making his debut at this track when finishing a close second over 1000m on October 27. He does go up 5kg to 60kg but is compensated by a drop in class.
No7 GOLDEN LUSTRE has won and finished third at three starts. Latest ran a good third over 1000m at Morphettville on November 4. Top Melbourne jockey Regan Bayliss replaces a 1.5kg claiming apprentice and is ideally drawn in four.
No4 BANTER scored a breakthrough win at his third start over 1000m in a maiden at Echuca on October 27. The son of leading sire Not A Single Doubt gets the hot jockey Damian Lane to ride here on 58kg and jumps from gate six.
No8 RIVERINA ROMANCE posted a breakthrough win two starts ago over 1000m at Mornington. Latest she ran a strong fourth at her debut here over 1200m on November 3. She was the favourite that night and can redeem here.

No10 EL RADA was highly fancied in betting at $3.40 when finishing a close second over 1100m at Hamilton on October 29. That was first-up from a 31-week spell and will strip much fitter for the outing. Ran a good second at only start here.
No1 BALANCING ACT is a well travelled mare who looms as a strong danger here on her last-start second over 1000m against her own sex at Bendigo on November 1. She has won at this track and respect from gate five.
No11 SALLYBROOK smashed her opposition to win by over 4 lengths over 1000m at Echuca on October 27. She was backed into a $3.20 favourite that day. She has drawn wide in 10 but with apprentice Ben Thompson’s 1.5kg claim carries 56.5kg.
No12 VILLA ROSA was a great winner over 1000m against her own sex at Mornington three starts ago, Latest she battled on steadily to run fifth over 1000m against her own sex at Bendigo on November 1. Has a solid case here.

No2 DANUKI has been placed at four of five starts at this track. Get chance for a breakthrough win here on last start strong second over 955m here on October 27. He does jump 6kg to 60kg here but drops in class and rates highly.
No1 PLATEAU GOLD was having his second start at this track when finishing a sound fourth to Mile High over 955m on October 27. The eight-year-old ran a close third over this trip two starts ago and has the speed to overcome draw in 12.
No8 LIBERTY SONG was having his second start back from a spell when posting a convincing win over this trip on November 3. Apprentice Chelsea Hall’s 3kg claim drops his weight down to 54kg, which is 1.5kg less than he carried last time out.
No9 ROYALIC has won and been placed at his past four starts. Latest he ran a strong third over this trip on November 3. He only got motoring in the last few strides and with a clear run could cause an upset here.

No11 SEVEN YEAR REWARD (BEST BET) is looking to stretch his unbeaten streak to four straight wins tonight. The four-year-old son of Reward For Effort has looked impressive at all three of his country wins. He gets Nikita Beriman to ride and he drops 2kg to 56.5kg and has the rail. Should keep on going on and bring up win number four here.

No9 GET THE PICTURE finished a close fourth to Crafty Devil over 2040m here on November 3. He goes up 3.5kg to 59kg but gets a nice drop in class. Seasoned jockey Luke Nolen keeps the ride and will be fitter for the last start over the middle-distance.
No14 BARRY THE BAPTIST (BEST ROUGHIE) appears ready for his step up in distance after a solid fourth over 1600m at Flemington on November 9. That was during Melbourne Cup week and was in the Country Final so will find this easier here.
No4 PUFNSTUF was a smart winner over 1600m at Seymour three starts ago. Latest he ran a solid sixth when trapped deep over 2000m in the Kyneton Cup on November 8. Ben Thompson again rides and with his 1.5kg claim will carry 59.5kg. Each-way hope.

No5 JOLIE’S CAFÉ (NEXT BEST BET) scored a flawless win over 1600m at his last start on November 3. Apprentice Chris Caserta’s 3kg claim drops his weight to a more comfortable 57kg. He has been racing in good stead not finishing further back than fourth at his past five starts and scored his breakthrough win at this track last time out from two starts.
No14 MINOAN SPIRIT had to dig deep to win over 1400m at Hamilton last start. Good chance.
