Kembla (Saturday) Betting Preview & Tips

Betting tips for every race at Kembla. Today’s best bet is in race 1

Fri, 1 Dec, 12:00 AM

Kembla for Saturday racing in NSW at the provincial center. We have eight races on the card with some nice looking races for punters. The rail is in the true position and we are expecting some rain, so I have done form for soft going.

QUADDIES (races 5-6-7-8)

Skinny Play:  3,4  -  2  -  3,6  -  3,8

Wide Play: 3,4,5  -  2,4,9  -  3,6,10,15  -  1,3,6,8

Next Best Bet: R6 – 2. KENNEDY

Best Roughie: R2 – 4. BOLLY

R1 – 12.59pm. Christmas Racing at Kembla Grange Maiden Plate - 1000m.

No1 ABOUKIR BAY (BEST BET) has trialled brilliantly coming into the debut run here over two preparations. The trial on Tuesday morning was one of the quickest of the morning and he looked all style. Team Hawkes have got their team going in brilliant fashion at the minute and I have to be with him on debut.

No3 OLIFANTS got run down fresh and should improve second-up from a spell.

No4 RUBINO VELOCE has been doing a good job at the trials coming into the debut run.

No2 I AM LEXUS looks to be next best here.

R2 – 1.34pm. Festive Season Benchmark 60 Handicap - 1000m.

No4 BOLLY (BEST ROUGHIE) has trialled well in the leadup to the fresh run here, this is as weak a race as she has run in, in some time.

No1 FIGTREE has to carry the big weight here, but was quite good fresh and should run well.

No5 WILLIAMSON comes out of some good runs at the last preparation and looks to have trialled well coming in.

No3 SWEET SURPRISE comes out of a good race last start behind Memes, no trial coming in. Watch betting.

R3 – 2.09pm. Kembla Grange Maiden Handicap - 1600m.

No1 EQUIPPED should improve at the bigger track here, the form around Jaunty is quite good.

No5 CORINTH has been going quite well as of late and gets the blinkers on for the first time here.

No9 VAISHALI comes out of what should be a good form race on debut and trialled well between runs.

No6 GRACIOUSNESS ran well last start, but I always have a worry over Hawkesbury form.

R4 – 2.44pm. Huntley Benchmark 60 Handicap - 1600m.

No10 TINKERMOSA has the least convictions on her form card and has been very good at the past two.

No3 ATTAINMENT should appreciate the wet track here. The win at Gundagai was quite good.

No6 NOBLE TRUTH broke the maiden in good style last start and can go on with it.

No8 LOYAL TOAST finished over the top of them last start in good order and gets a good run on the map.

R5 – 3.16pm. Horsley Class 1 Handicap - 1200m.

No4 MACKELLAR’S LOVE resumes here and looks to have trialled well enough coming in. The claim for Hunt suits.

No3 ZITHER ran in a good race after a good debut win, back in grade here suits.

No5 MEDOVINA won well when breaking the maiden last start, she can go on with it.

No8 VICTORY IN PARIS resumes here and comes out of some good form races, no trials. Watching the market.

R6 – 3.56pm. UTH Christmas Class 1 Handicap - 1200m.

No2 KENNEDY (NEXT BEST BET) trialled in brilliant order in the lead to the fresh run and was just touched off in a driving go by Junglized. That form has held up quite well since then. I think he will improve a lot for that first-up run and now steps to 1200m second up and that suits.

No4 WESTON comes out of that same race as Kennedy fresh and has trialled well since.

No9 PYMBLE comes out of a good race first-up and back to Class 1 grade is suitable.

No7 AMERICANA MAGIC won the maiden in good style fresh, the step up shouldn’t be an issue.

R7 – 4.36pm. Wongawilli Maiden Plate - 1200m.

No3 CHAVIN comes out of an awesome race on debut behind Merchant Navy. He was three lengths off him there. Not much more needs to be said.

No6 MASCOT comes out of some very good races and the form ties in with Chavin. The trials have been good.

No10 SEKIYAMA has trialled well between runs coming into this and the first two runs weren’t too bad.

No15 MOONDANCER resumes here for Waller after coming out of some ok enough NZ form.

R8 – 5.16pm. Illawarra Turf Club Maiden Handicap - 1400m.

No8 BRUNCH has been going well enough as of late and the step up here to the 1400m looks to be much more suitable.

No3 KORMA has trialled well enough here after the fresh run, and was good enough first-up behind Red Zephyr.

No1 TEAHUPO’O will appreciate further in time, but the two trials coming into this first run this time in have been quite good.

No6 CLASSIC THOUGHTS comes out of some good races last time in and has trialled well.
