With the overnight minimum expected to be 28C it will heat up fast with an anticipated top of 39C forecast for Saturday and there is no cooling off with a top of 38C forecast for Sunday. Leading Adelaide trainer Tony McEvoy and Lloyd Kennewell looks to have strong hands on the card and should dominate. Regular Victorian raider Darren Weir again has some strong runners with Andrea Mantegna in Race Two looking the best of his team. The false rail has been shifted back to the True Position and they are expected to race on a Good 3 track. The field sizes are small so there is not a lot of value in the eight races.
