Victoria’s leading trainer Darren Weir looks set to dominate this Tuesday’s meeting at Bendigo.
Weir saddles a strong team of gallopers on the eight-race card and can dominate the latter part of the meeting with gallopers of the ilk of Zandarral (Race 6) and Savaheat (Race 8).
Both those gallopers have good support in stable-mates High Energy (R6) and Chequered Flag (R8).
Richard Laming appears to have a progressive mare in Herecomesmybaby, who was an easy 2.25 len winner at her debut at Bendigo over 1300m three weeks ago.
The Kiwi-bred four-year-old strikes on moderate field of nine in opposition.
The false rail has been shifted right out to nine metres after they raced at the five-metre position last Tuesday. The track is rated as a Good 4 (Sunday). The day will be mild with a top of 24C forecast after an overnight minimum of 11C.
