There are five ‘good things’ that we have identified across two race meetings today – Gosford and Corowa. Both tracks have a bit of sting out of the ground. Our best is going around early in the day at Corowa and jees it was hard not to be impressed with her last time out.
Gosford is a Soft 7 with the rail out 2m the entire circuit.
Corowa is racing on a Soft 5 with the rail in the true.
MISS CELEBRATION looked impressive on debut and is perfectly placed to make it back-to-back victories here today. Led and proved too slick when streaking to a 2.3 length win at Dubbo at her first race start and will be ready to fire once again. Drawn well in what doesn’t look an overly strong race. Huge chance.

KEEPER GIRL (BEST BET) couldn’t do anything more impressive when storming to an outrageous 7 length victory at Cowra last start and looks the one they all need to beat here today. Will lead and be extremely hard to run down and gives the impression gets better as the preparation gets longer. The one to beat.
1st: No7 KEEPER GIRL 2nd: No8 Roaming To Win; 3rd: No2 Captain Magic 4th: No11 Belchamp
Sticking with the top weight *SCRATCHED* DELIVERED to atone for its last start defeat at Wagga and bounce back into the winner’s circle here today. Had to come from back in the field grabbed all bar the winner in a tight finish. The money was on that day so keep an eye on the market to see if there’s any support again this time around. Can make a big statement in this very winnable race. The one to beat.

Lightly raced gelding BARNABAS has drawn to get the run of the race and can atone for its last start defeat here today. Should have won last start but just didn’t get the luck it needed when looking for the gaps to appear in the straight. Ended up finishing third to Asterius but was a tragedy beaten. Has the form and we are sticking with him.
1st: No 3 BARNABAS 2nd: No1 Meiner Freccia; 3rd: No8 Appetizing 4th: *SCRATCHED* No12 Polar Blast
*SCRATCHED* OUR LUCA looks well placed to rack up his third win from his past four starts in the final event of the program. Ultra-consistent gelding that will look to cross the field from an awkward draw but has plenty of early toe to take up a leading position on the speed. Will be in this for a long way and will look the winner halfway down the straight. Has been flying on synthetic tracks. Key player.
1st: *SCRATCHED* No1 OUR LUCA 2nd: No5 Unshackled; 3rd: No9 Twilight Maneuver 4th: No11 Reward The Chaser
