We look to enter the weekend with a betting bank. A couple of gallopers at Moruya and Dubbo that are ready to win could be the ones to set us up with our top selection being first-up and extremely hard to go past.

Dubbo is racing on a Good 4 with the rail True.

Moruya is racing on a Soft 5 with the rail True.

Moruya Race 1 - 1:15PM Suez Recycling and Recovery Open Showcase Handicap (1425 Metres)

RINVIATA has drawn well and is placed to take out the opening event of the program at Moruya today. Finished third, two lengths behind Amanito at Randwick (Kensington) last start and can bounce back in this grade here today. Excels over the distance and has won on the track. Big danger in small field.

1st: No6 RINVIATA 2nd: No2 Budderoo Knight; 3rd: No5 Darts Away; 4th: No1 Disturbance

Moruya Race 4 - 3:00PM Choices Flooring Class 2 Showcase Handicap (1200 Metres)

Sticking with the MAID OF ORE (BEST BET) that’s resuming from a spell but showed promise last preparation to be a leading contender here today. Won her last start at Nowra back in May when defeating Taqueda by the narrowest of margins. Drawn well and will be very hard to beat first-up.

1st: No4 MAID OF ORE 2nd: No2 Tyres Are Crucial; 3rd: No5 Prince Jacko; 4th: No10 Georgian Court

Pick 6

Moruya Race 8 - 5:20PM Bay Post Open Showcase Handicap (1010 Metres)

CLIPPER is a lightly raced gelding that looks perfectly placed to take out the final event of the program at Moruya today. Resuming from a 19-week layoff this mare has plenty of speed to burn and will be in this for a long way. Excels over the distance and has good first-up record. Hard to go past.

1st: No6 CLIPPER 2nd: No2 Lucy Rose; 3rd: No8 Smooth Tycoon; 4th: No1 Green Sweet

Dubbo Race 9 - 5:35PM OSM Transportables Class 1 Handicap (1000 Metres)

Hard to go past the last start winner NO DREAMS ALL HOPE (NEXT BEST BET) who looked very impressive when defeating Shezandi As by 1.6 lengths at Pakenham and can make it successive victories here today. Drawn well and looks to have found the right race for consecutive victories. The one to beat.

1st: No1 NO DREAMS ALL HOPE 2nd: No2 Noble Hussler; 3rd: No4 Court in Camera; 4th: *SCRATCHED* No9 All Ellie
