We have found a few solid selections for racing at Moe and Ipswich today. Our top pick is a maiden but looks to have found the right race to break through today. Will prove to be very competitive going on her past few efforts. Should be winning.

Moe is racing on a Good 4 with the rail True.

Ipswich is racing on a Soft 5 with the rail +8m entire circuit.

Moe Race 2 - 3:20PM Paull’s Carpet Choice Three-Years-Old Fillies Maiden Plate (1100 Metres)

Looks a perfect race for the unlucky STRAVAIN (BEST BET) to break through here today. This filly has been beaten narrowly at her past two starts since resuming from a break and third-up will be rock hard fit and ready to fire. Serious player.

1st: No10 STRAVAIN 2nd: No7 Reef Island; 3rd: No11 The Great Bratski; 4th: No8 Rewarded Princess

Ipswich Race 5 - 4:27PM (AEDT) Chek Air-Condition & Daikin QTIS 3-Y-O Maiden Handicap (1200 Metres)

PINCH VISTA (NEXT BEST BET) finished just out of the placings when resuming from an 18-week spell on the Sunshine Coast a fortnight back and will be ready to fire second-up here today. Chased hard but gave away too much of a start when finishing fourth beaten by 1.5 lengths by Reef Knot first-up. Look for this gelding to be storming home late. Solid chance.

1st: No2 PINCH VISTA 2nd: *SCRATCHED* No5 One For Betty; 3rd: No7 Boom Rocker; 4th: No6 Tamarin

Ipswich Race 6 - 5:07PM (AEDT) Donga Derby Class 2 Handicap (1200 Metres)

Sticking with THE ADMINISTRATOR to bounce back here today. Led and kicked away only to be run down in the concluding stages when narrowly beaten on the Sunshine Coast last start. Has good early toe so expect him to settle near the speed once again and be there fighting out the finish. Will give a good sight.

1st: No2 THE ADMINISTRATOR 2nd: *SCRATCHED* No3 Charming Prince; 3rd: No5 Layla’s Lad; 4th: No9 Australian Pharoah

Moe Race 5 - 5:10PM Admiral Towing BM58 Handicap (1600 Metres)

Ultra-consistent and lightly raced *SCRATCHED* CIRCOMO looks to have the right race to bounce back into the winner’s stall here today. Look for her to race closer to the speed today from the good gate and expect her to be very competitive in today’s class. Will need luck but looms as a danger to her rivals.

1st: *SCRATCHED* No2 CIRCOMO 2nd: No1 Full Of Theories; 3rd: No6 Last Dance; 4th: No8 Capel Sound

Moe Race 8 - 6:50PM Ian Grants Caravans BM58 Handicap (1000 Metres)

Drawn to get the run of the race sees *SCRATCHED* DULETTE the one to beat in the final event on the program. First-up from a break and with the benefit of a solid trial, expect this galloper to be ready to fire. Will be up near the speed and be very competitive down the straight. Win won’t shock.

1st: *SCRATCHED* No4 DULETTE 2nd: No2 Camila Lucinda; 3rd: No10 Ten Times; 4th: No7 Siren’s Reward
