What an outstanding meeting we have at Flemington – Super Saturday – with the running of the Newmarket and Australian Cup the highlights. Our top pick is a galloper with a huge motor and will be out to make it three wins on the trot. Hard to beat.

Flemington is racing on a Good 4 with the rail out 4m entire circuit.

QUADDIE:

R6: 4,14,20,22

R7: 1,5,9,10

R8: 2,6,7,10

R9: 6,8,9,10

Flemington Race 1 - 12:15PM The KIIS 101.1 Jase & PJ Sprint (1000 Metres)

MYSTYKO is in superb form of late, finishing winner or runner-up at his past six starts. Will be out go one better than his second to Intuition on this track last start. Going on his victory two starts back at Caulfield, he will be the one they all need to beat here today. Maps to be on the speed throughout.

1st: No7 MYSTYKO 2nd: No8 Crown Witness; 3rd: No10 Redcore; 4th: No2 Bandipur

Flemington Race 2 - 12:50PM World Horse Racing Trophy (1400 Metres)

ROX THE CASTLE has won his past two starts and despite the step up in grade, this in-form gelding will be out to make it a hattrick of victories here today. Chased hard to defeat Greyworm by a slender margin at Moonee Valley last start when sitting outside the leader. Prior to that led throughout to win by 2.7 lengths here. Big danger.

1st: No2 ROX THE CASTLE 2nd: No1 Antah; 3rd No4 Bravo Tango; 4th: No9 Toy Boy

Flemington Race 3 - 1:25PM Furphy Ale Handicap (2000 Metres)

Open race with plenty of chances but sticking with HANG MAN that’s looking to bounce back after a disappointing last start effort on the track. Has drawn to get the run of the race and the long straight will give him time to wind up and use that big motor we have seen in the past. Will be storming home.

1st: No11 HANG MAN 2nd: No8 Valac; 3rd: No7 Instigator; 4th: No10 Crafty Devil

Flemington Race 4 - 2:05PM Incognitus Stakes (1100 Metres)

SUNSET WATCH is resuming from a 19-week layoff and has won first-up in the past. A lightly raced gelding out if the astute Hawkes stable that looks to have a bright future, we expect him to be up near the speed and take plenty of running down. Has a touch of class.

1st: No2 SUNSET WATCH 2nd: No1 Yulong Yuheng; 3rd: No3 Bleu Roche; 4th: No4 Anjana

Flemington Race 5 - 2:40PM MSS Security Sires' Produce Stakes (1400 Metres)

DALASAN is a lightly raced colt that’s yet to taste defeat, winning his two starts to date at Morphettville. Comes across the border for the first time and does appear to have found a very winnable race over the 1400m. Watch for him flying home in the last furlong.

1st: No2 DALASAN 2nd: No1 Hawker Hurricane; 3rd: No5 Exeter; 4th: No3 Outlandos

Flemington Race 6 - 3:15PM Seppelt Wines Newmarket Handicap (1200 Metres)

OSBORNE BULLS (NEXT BEST BET) was huge first-up behind In Her Time in the Group One Black Caviar Lightning Stakes a fortnight back on this track. This Godolphin gelding is a horse to watch as he seems to be getting better every race. Looks well placed to get his first Group 1 here today. Has won down the straight previously. Go the Bull!

1st: No4 OSBORNE BULLS 2nd: No20 Graff; 3rd: No22 Sunlight; 4th: No14 Eduardo

Flemington Race 7 - 4:00PM TAB Kewney Stakes (1400 Metres)

KENYAN WONDER resumed from a 11-week layoff with a solid 1.2 length victory at Morphettville last start and looks ready to take the next step up in grade. Reports suggest she is looking sharp and will take plenty of beating. Does get back in her races but watch for her late.

1st: No9 KENYAN WONDER 2nd: No5 Goldifox; 3rd: No10 Zoubo; 4th: No1 Angelic Ruler

Flemington Race 8 - 4:35PM TAB Australian Cup (2000 Metres)

Looking to make it three wins on the trot, AVILIUS (BEST BET) is the standout here today. This galloper has a bright future and going on his effortless victory in the Peter Young Stakes at Caulfield last start, he will take a power of beating. Ticks all the boxes, 2000m is perfect and barrier one means he won’t do any work in the run. Should be winning.

1st: No7 AVILIUS 2nd: No2 Rekindling; 3rd: No10 Yogi; 4th: No6 Harlem

Flemington Race 9 - 5:20PM Schweppervescence Trophy (1600 Metres)

NAANTALI is racing in red hot form of late and can go one better than her effort behind Jamaican Rain last start. Go on her 1.2 length victory at Caulfield two starts back when defeating Ocean Deep. Drawn to get the run of the race. Major contender.

1st: No10 NAANTALI 2nd: No8 Payroll; 3rd: No9 Pure Scot; 4th: No6 Futooh
