Punters, we’ve got you covered. This selection of plays from three standout games offers value no matter what type of punter you are.

Sydney Roosters / Brisbane Broncos Under 38

Opening game of this round is set to be a belter.

I like the unders in this contest. Both teams have stingy defences when called upon and with it being finals footy, there’s all the more reason for them to clamp down on the defensive end.

The refs will let more things go in the ruck meaning fewer penalties. We know the Roosters can go to sleep in attack, they’ve proven it time and time again this season. The Broncos on the other hand have so many injuries to key skill positions that they will need to prioritise their defence to avoid getting in a shootout with the Chooks.

Look for the under to salute.

Parramatta Eels under 12.5 points

A cold night in Melbourne makes for a hard task for the Eels this Saturday.

Parramatta haven’t impressed us too much this season. They have been solid but have been in great spots to pick off top tier opponents.

With that said, the Storm are a class above. After Arthur has openly called out Bellamy and the Storm’s tactics to the media, I can see Melbourne coming into this one with extra motivation to keep the Eels to a goose egg.

No Bevan French will hurt the Eels and the gulf in class in the halves will prove to be the final touch. Moses and Normal have not played too well and we know the Storm will smother them even if they’re firing on all cylinders.

I don’t see the Eels making much noise in this one.

Manly Sea Eagles Under 22.5 points

This is a game where motivation will be through the roof for Panther nation.

Coming off the back of a lackluster finish to the season Penrith was just dismantled by this very same Eagles outfit. The Panthers will definitely be looking for revenge.

Manly threw everything they had at Penrith to ensure they made the final 8. Penrith will be much more ready in defence this time round. Manly hasn’t got the best rate of converting their tries either, which will hurt them in making this total.

With Moylan out, this is a team that will lift thinking that the chips are against them.

Penrith will be putting in a good display in this one.

Leg 1: Brisbane / Sydney Under 38

Leg 2: Parramatta Eels Team Total Under 12.5

Leg 3: Manly Sea Eagles Team Total Under 22.5

Approximate odds: 5.98
