Saturday 1:20pm

The tip: No.6 Alassio

Why: She is unbeaten after three starts and can make four from four after the perfect barrier draw she receives at Rosehill.

Horse Racing – Caulfield Race 5

Saturday 2:10pm

The Tip: No.3 RILLITO

Why: She looked ultra-impressive when storming to a dominant two length victory on this track a fortnight ago. Doesn’t find a tough race and will be making it successive victories at Caulfield.

Wimbledon – Women's final

Saturday 11:00pm

The Tip: Serena to win

Why: Williams appears to be back to her very best, taking just one-hour and 10-minutes to dispose of last round opponent Julia Goerges. Importantly, her trademark power game is also as strong as ever, evidenced by the fact she nailed 20 winners and won 87% of points on first serve in her semi.

NRL – Broncos v Warriors

Sunday 2:00pm

The Tip: Brisbane to win

Why: Brisbane were responsible for New Zealand’s first loss this season back in Round 6 at Mt Smart Stadium and their record against the Kiwis at Suncorp is pretty strong, recording eight wins in their past 11 clashes there.

World Cup - France v Croatia

Monday 01:00AM

The Tip: France to win

Why: With Zlatko Dalic’s men burdened by a third consecutive match going into extra time, and the accumulated affect, we should see France win this one – especially as Croatia have yet to come up against one of the real favourites.
