Key ins: Tyrone Peachey (Panthers), Shannon Boyd (Raiders) Tyrone Roberts (Warrington, (Brian Kelly (Sea Eagles)

Key outs: Kane Elgey (Sea Eagles), Konrad Hurrell (Leeds), Tyronne Roberts-Davis (Released), Brenton Lawrence (Released), William Zillman (Retired), Jarryd Hayne (Eels)

Coach: Garth Brennan

Captain(s): Ryan James

Ryan James

Summary: Garth Brennan faces a significant challenge in 2019 with this Titans outfit. Notoriously underwhelming, the Titans have shed major distraction Jarryd Hayne in their bid to return to relevance. For Brennan to have the Titans contending, he’ll need to ensure that his spine is firing on all cylinders. Ash Taylor showed glimpses of greatness in 2018 but for the most part, didn’t rise to the occasion when his team needed him most. Titans fans can enjoy some comfort with the forward pack being put together. James, Arrow, Latu, Proctor, and Wallace are all big name forwards who if healthy, can really lay a great foundation for the rest of the team to capitalise on.

Key stat: The Titans ranked #4 in most missed tackles in 2018.
