Australian coach Bert Van Marwijk has announced his 23-man squad for the FIFA World Cup.
The Dutchman had put together a training camp in Turkey and assembled 27 players over the past week or so as final preparations for the World Cup have begun to take to place.
Today, however, just a day after the Socceroos beat the Czech Republic 4-0 in a friendly, he has cut four men to finalise his squad.
Tim Cahill and Mark Milligan will be heading to Russia with both players celebrating their fourth World Cup squad appearances while Jamie Maclaren, who was on holidays just a week ago, is also heading to the biggest stage of all.
Fran Karacic, Josh Brilliante, Nikitia Rukavytsya and James Troisi were the unlucky four to miss out.
