Oddschecker Gareth Southgate Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter
The promoter is Cyan Blue Odds Limited (trading as “Oddschecker”), a company registered in Alderney, with company number 1919 and whose registered office is at 5b, First Floor St. Anne's House, Victoria Street, Alderney, GY9 3UF.
2. The promotion
2.1
The title of this prize promotion (the “Promotion”) is “Quote retweet our Gareth Southgate replacement tweet to be in with a chance of winning a football shirt if you guess correctly.”.
2.2
Entrants must retweet Oddschecker’s Gareth Southgate post displayed on @oddschecker (“Oddschecker X Account”) using their own X account to be eligible to win a a football shirt in the event that you guess correctly.
3. How to enter
3.1
The Promotion will run from 12pm on 16/07/2024 to 8pm on 17/07/2024 (the "Promotion Window").
3.3
All entries must be received by Oddschecker into the Oddschecker X Account by no later than 8pm on 17/07/2024. Entries received after the Promotion Window are automatically disqualified.
3.4
To enter the Promotion you must retweet Oddschecker’s Gareth Southgate post displayed on the Oddschecker X Account using your own X account during the Promotion Window. This action must be completed by 8pm on 17/07/2024.
3.5
No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to enter the Promotion.
3.6
Oddschecker will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.7
By retweeting Oddschecker’s Gareth Southgate post via your X account you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility
4.1
The Promotion is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
(a)
employees of Oddschecker or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b)
employees of agents or suppliers of Oddschecker or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration; or
(c)
members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2
In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Oddschecker may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
4.3
There is a limit of one entry per person, family, household address, email address and IP address. Oddschecker reserves the right to withdraw the availability of the Promotion to any person or group of persons at any time.
4.4
Oddschecker reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.
5. The prize
5.1
The prize is one football shirt of the winner's choice.
5.2
Oddschecker reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or similar value if circumstances beyond Oddschecker's control make it necessary to do so.
5.3
The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4
The winner will be notified via a personal message on their X account within 15 days after the Result Date. The winner must respond to the personal message within 5 days to claim the prize, otherwise Oddschecker reserves the right to draw an alternative winner at random or not to award the prize at all.
6. Winner
6.1
If you are the winner, Oddschecker will contact you personally within 15 days after the Result Date via a personal message using the X account that you have used to retweet the Oddschecker’s EGareth Southgate post (“Notification”).
6.2
You agree that Oddschecker may include and/or announce on: (i) social media platforms, (ii) Oddschecker’s website and/or (iii) elsewhere your X account handle name and details of the prize that you have won.
6.3
If you object to your X account handle name being published or would like reduced information to be published, please contact Oddschecker at promotions@oddschecker.com.
7. Claiming the prize
7.1
If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 5 days from Notification to claim the prize. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
7.2
The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3
Oddschecker will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 5 of days of Notification, Oddschecker reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random or not to award the prize at all.
7.4
Oddschecker uses Prizeshark as its prize delivery agent and by entering this Promotion you agree that Oddschecker may share your details with Prizeshark for the purposes of delivering the prize to you. All your personal information will be processed in accordance with our privacy policies as stated at clause 9 and set out in www.oddschecker.com/myoddschecker/privacy. Oddschecker and Prizeshark shall delete your details once delivery of the prize has been fulfilled.
7.5
Oddschecker does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Oddschecker's liability for death or personal injury caused by Oddschecker's staff, the prize or partners' negligence or for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law or regulation.
8.2
Oddschecker cannot guarantee that the Promotion will be free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition.
8.3
Oddschecker does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by you as an entrant howsoever arising from participating in the Promotion or from accepting and using the prize whether due to any error or omission by Oddschecker.
8.4
Oddschecker is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to you (i) which is not reasonably foreseeable to you and Oddschecker when you enter the Promotion, or (ii) is reasonably foreseeable to you and Oddschecker on entry but is only indirectly related to you entering or participating in the Promotion.
8.5
You agree to reimburse Oddschecker in respect of any damages or losses that Oddschecker has suffered resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your participation in the Promotion in breach of these terms and conditions or from your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
9. Data protection
9.1
Oddschecker will only process your personal information as set out in www.oddschecker.com/myoddschecker/privacy.
10. General
10.1
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Oddschecker may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.
10.2
Oddschecker reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants in this Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
