Can we turn £10 into £1000 by the end of Euro 2016?
We’re back! After our less than successful attempt to turn £10 into £1000 in time for the Euros, we’ve had a whip round and somehow managed to clump together £10 to begin another epic journey of discovery. Those of you who missed the last challenge will be unaware of the many highs and lows (mainly lows) we endured together. From the magical moment Sergio Ramos fired home from an offside position in the Champions league Final to land our 33/1 poke to the less than magical time World Champions Germany lost at home to Slovakia to cost us a big return on our acca. This time it will be different*. We’ve learnt from our past mistakes, we’ve grown as people and we’re ready to find some winning bets. The format stays the same. We start with £10 and we’ll look to get as close to £1000 as we can by the end of Euro 2016. Each day we will post our selections and the stake with a brief explanation. The type of bets and the stakes will vary, from low stake, big odds accas to big stake odds-on bankers. All with the aim of slowly but surely inching our way closer to our destiny of £1000 (or zero, whatever comes sooner). *In all truth not much has really changed.
However… During Romania’s unbeaten qualifying campaign for Euro 2016, they only scored 11 times in 10 games and conceded just twice essentially meaning we’re back to square one!
France at 4/11 offer little value and it’s early doors to be going all in. So let’s look for a combination of all of the above.
France to win and both teams to score returns £14.32 from our £4 stake and we’d be more than happy with that to kick-start the challenge.
We’ll also have £1 on the correct score market with France 3-1 the pick at 14/1
France win/both teams to score - £4 stake
France 3-1 - £1 stake
