With Manchester City set to announce the £17 million signing of Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo later this week, Joe Hart’s departure from the club is starting to look much more of a reality. Hart is regarded as one of the best keepers in the Premier League and he will have plenty of suitors if he requests a transfer away from The Etihad.
Last week bookmakers installed Everton as the favourites to sign Hart. Ronald Koeman is yet to rule a move out for the England keeper and a move to Goodison Park looks the most likely destination. If you move quickly you can get odds of 1/2 that he'll sign for The Blues. A move to the red side of Merseyside could potentially be his second option. We’ve seen the odds slashed to 4/1 for Hart to make the move to Anfield and with Liverpool's on-going defensive problems, Jurgen Klopp could see Hart as the man to solve his problems at the back.
Hart is yet to rule out a move abroad and if he wants to play in the Champions League this may be his best option. Sevilla won the Europa League last season to qualify for the Champions League - they are best priced 12/1 for his signature but only 3 days ago they were as short as 2/5. Borussia Dortmund are another European club linked to Hart. Just like Sevilla they have already qualified for the Champions League and you can get odds of 28/1 that Hart will make the move to Germany.
If you’re not convinced by all this speculation and you think he will fight for his place at Manchester City, Sky Bet are offering 4/1 that he’ll still be at City after the transfer window shuts.
