Betting Tip: Chelsea to win
It’s all starting to unravel slightly for sweat Ham of late. No one expected them to be in the top 4 this season and David Moyes has done a sublime job to get them not up there by fluke but purely on merit.
The Hammers have been a constant goal threat but still largely solid at the back with a good balance about the side. Injuries have started to hit though and the real key absence is Declan Rice who protects that backline so well. Moyes will also be without Michael Antonio and Craig Dawson here whilst Jesse Lingard hobbled off last time out.
Chelsea have a champions league semi final tie on the horizon against Real Madrid but I’m still expecting their main focus to be on this game first and foremost as they too aim for the top 4. The Blues are stacked with depth so have the ability to ring the changes from a rather disappointing draw against Brighton last time out.
Ultimately though it’s a Chelsea side that keep clean sheets for fun under Thomas Tuchel against a side who have started to leak plenty of goals and good opportunities with key men absent. Chelsea look a fine price to come out victorious.
