Leicester vs Arsenal prediction & betting tips brought to you by football expert Tom Love.
Leicester vs Arsenal Stats
- Both sides through to the quarters of the league cup midweek
- There have been over 2.5 goals scored in Leicester's last 5 league games.
- Leicester have scored 2 or more goals in their last 5 games in all competitions.
Betting Tip: Over 2.5 goals
Leicester went through on penalty kicks midweek against Brighton in the League cup, a game where they were on the scoresheet at least twice yet again. With the likes of Vardy, Barnes, Daka, Iheanacho, Tielemans and Maddison all available you can understand why the Foxes are slight favourites here.
When you look at Arsenal’s struggles on the road too you have to worry for the Gunners. That been said they have picked up form and confidence should be pretty high after a few wins of late, it has been a favourable fixture list though and this is a big step up in class. I do fancy them to score though after their very strong attacking display against Villa. After all Leicester are keeping very few clean sheets with Fofana and Justin both still out, with that in mind over 2.5 goals looks a nice way in at 20/23.
Betting Tip: Leicester Draw no Bet
I will side with Leicester here though because I do think they have the greater attacking threat. Brendan Rodgers always likes to get one over the big guns and he has a decent enough record vs the top half sides. Instead of plumping for the win we can take 9/11 on them on the draw no bet market. That gives us some insurance of money back if the game ends all square.
