Betting Tip: Manchester United to Win & Both Teams to Score

Manchester United threw away a two goal lead to draw 2-2 at Villa Park on Saturday evening, a scenario that doesn’t do much for confidence in the camp as well as the fanbase. There’s still clear weak spots in the Red Devils’ defence and until they get a settled back four it’s hard to trust them to keep a clean sheet, something they’ve only managed in four league games this term.

Ralf Rangnick will fancy his sides chances of bouncing back with a win though as they head to a Brentford side off the back of a 3-0 defeat at Anfield. The Bees have adapted to premier league life in fine fashion but they have lost five of their last seven and could potentially get dragged into a relegation scrap should the sides below them makes some major moves in the transfer window.

Ivan Toney is a player struggling for goals at the minute but in fairness to Frank and Brentford they have got goals from all areas of the pitch with 13 different players all getting on the scoresheet so far. They will fancy their chances of grabbing a goal here given United have been fairly porous at the back.

Ultimately though the visitors do have that added individual quality which could see them edge out a win. Despite all the perceived turmoil at the club they have lost only one game under Rangnick and few can match their long term away record in the league. Odds-on for a United win might not appeal but the 3/1 on them to win and concede does make appeal at the prices.
