Eintracht Frankfurt vs Rangers Tips

Betting Tip: Over 2.5 Goals

It all comes down to this and for both of these sides, this match goes down as one of the biggest games in their respective existences. It’s clear to see that these teams have tried to navigate their respective league games in order to prepare for this one, but both have shown their vulnerabilities in defence.

For Eintracht Frankfurt, they’ve conceded far too easily throughout the season. In fact, the German outfit has kept just three clean sheets across their last 21 matches in all competitions and it’d be surprising if the side that finished 11th in the Bundesliga were able to stop Rangers from scoring.

However, Rangers are far from impenetrable and Eintracht have still managed to score with ease of late. Given the magnitude of the occasion, mistakes are bound to be made and both teams slotting seems likely.

These two are confident in attacking scenarios but are often shaky at the back and I see goals here. Three of the last four Europa League finals have witnessed at least three goals and I’ll wager a couple of points that we see goals in this final too at 10/11 (priced up at 4/5 elsewhere).

Betting Tip: Rangers to Win, BTTS, 4+ Corners Each Team & 20+ Booking Points Each Team

Both teams feature high on the cards and corners count and I like the look of a small play on a big-priced betbuilder.

I’m surprised at the price of Rangers to win this one considering their German counterparts finished just nine points off the relegation scrap and from a value perspective, I have to be on Rangers here. However, I don’t trust either of these defences, as mentioned above, and I certainly see both teams being capable of finding the back of the net.

Both outfits like to utilise the width and it looks as though each team will be favouring a 3-4-3 formation. That should mean plenty of opportunity for both sides down each flank. With that in mind, I’m expecting a fairly high corner count and both teams seeing at least four corners should be more than reachable.

It’s a European cup final and this will be a fight. These two have both featured in some dramatic games that have seen high card counts and I think both should pick up at least two each here.

I’ll have half a point on this Bet Builder at 16/1.
