Fulham vs Manchester United stats:

  • Both teams have scored in five of Fulham’s seven home league outings
  • Marcus Rashford is yet to lose when facing Fulham and has three goal involvements in three meetings with the Cottagers

Fulham vs Manchester United Tips:

Betting Tip: Over 2.5 goals & both teams to score

Fulham have enjoyed their return back to the Premier League and going unbeaten in nine of their 14 matches has seen them occupy ninth place in the table ahead of this round of fixtures.

The hosts will be sweating the fitness of Aleksandar Mitrović but he will be the main man for Serbia and it remains to be seen if he takes part in this one. Nevertheless, Fulham have a number of weapons they can utilise to hurt a Manchester United side that have kept just two clean sheets on the road this season.

The visitors sit in fifth place and come into this one having suffered a 3-1 defeat away to Aston Villa and it marked the fourth consecutive away Premier League game for the Red Devils where both teams have successfully hit the back of the net.

This should be a competitive clash with both sides playing on the front foot and trying to squeeze in front. I certainly think both teams will get on the scoresheet here but I'll also throw in at least three goals being scored, with the latter part of the selection landing in 12 of Fulham’s 144 matches this term.

Over 2.5 goals & both teams to score - 1.5pts @ 19/20

Betting Tip: Marcus Rashford anytime goalscorer

The Aston Villa game aside, Marcus Rashford has looked extremely threatening and has recorded seven shots on target across his last four league appearances. It seems likely that he will be given a starting berth here and he looks good value to cause havoc to the Fulham backline and get on the scoresheet.

Visitors to Craven Cottage have found plenty of joy down the flanks when on the attack and wingers have had consistent success with finding openings to get a shot off. Six of those seven visitors have seen wingers take multiple shots at goal and I think Rashford will have a number of opportunities to hit the back of the net.

In front of a home crowd the hosts will go on the attack in search of a positive result but that’s where Rashford can come into his own and exploit space in behind. He’ll have chances and I like the price on him getting his name on the scoresheet.

Marcus Rashford anytime goalscorer - 0.5pts @ 16/5
