England vs USA - Jude Bellingham

Jude Bellingham was only a 14-year-old during the last World Cup, fast forward four years and he is running the show for England in Qatar.

He completed 100% of the dribbles he attempted, 92 of the 96 passes, three tackles and registered a key pass. Dortmund’s maestro also opened the scoring in the Three Lions' curtain raiser with a superb header and looks good value to double his WC tally against USA.

Post game, his midfield partner, Declan Rice, said he would cover the defensive side of things in the engine room allowing Bellingham to attack more and assuming that will be the case on Friday, he should get plenty more goalscoring opportunities.

Wales vs Iran - Kieffer Moore

Robert Page opted for the pace of Daniel James over the size of Kieffer Moore for their clash with USA on Monday.

The thinking being that the Fulham loanee would be brimming with confidence following his goal against Manchester United and his pace would be lethal if Wales could beat the Americans' press.

It did not exactly go to plan for the Dragons, who found themselves a goal down at half-time having barely laid a glove on their opponents.

Kieffer Moore entered the frame and changed the dynamic of the match completely and his performance should have earned him a spot in the XI Friday morning

His 5/2 price looks a touch large considering he has averaged 0.44 goals per 90 for his nation and faces Iran’s second choice keeper.
