Limerick 13:25 Foran Equine Irish EBF Auction Maiden (Plus 10)
DALIYAH is the one to beat based on her narrow defeat in a handicap at Fairyhouse last month from a mark of 80. That followed a series of good efforts in defeat and this is an ideal opportunity for the daughter of Zoffany to break her maiden tag. Highway To Heaven has shown plenty of promise in both of her starts to date and she is an obvious threat. Sunday Smart completes the shortlist.
Prediction: 1st Daliyah, 2nd Highway To Heaven, 3rd Sunday Smart

SPANISH POINT clearly improved for his debut run when only beaten a head in a Tipperary maiden late last month and that race appeared to be a lot stronger than this one. The only real threat would appear to be Imaging, who looked to have a bright future on his debut at Gowran Park. The rest are likely to struggle but Way Back Home could pick up some minor place money.
Prediction: 1st Spanish Point, 2nd Imaging, 3rd Way Back Home

Not A Bad Oul Day is already a six-time winner this year and another good run can be expected but more improvement is required to defy his current mark. TONY THE GENT struggled in a valuable event at Galway last time out but he had won a decent race at the Curragh prior to that. The son of Kodiac is only 4lb higher in the ratings now and he could take plenty of beating despite carrying top weight. Youceeyouceecee is a consistent type and has an each-way chance in this event.
Prediction: 1st Tony The Gent, 2nd Not A Bad Oul Day, 3rd Youceeyouceecee
Limerick 15:10 Martin Molony Stakes (Listed)
This will be the first time that ZAWRAQ has run twice in the same calender year but this fragile horse clearly has more than enough ability to win a race of this nature. The son of Shamardal looked to sure to be a high-class three-year-old before injury intervened but he showed that he retains plenty of ability when finishing second at Listowel last month. Cannonball was only beaten a length in a Group 3 last time out, when narrowly behind Glamorous Approach, and he remains open to further improvement. The aforementioned Glamorous Approach and Detailed are the best of the rest.
Prediction: 1st Zawraq, 2nd Cannonball, 3rd Glamorous Approach

CIRCLING MOON was a bit unlucky not to win at Gowran Park when last seen in July and he has since joined the Michael Halford yard. It will be interesting to see what this yard can achieve with him and a 77-day break shouldn't do his chances too much harm. Jock Talk is another stable debutant, this time for Gordon Elliott, and he should go well under Gary Halpin. Constable Buckley could prove best of the remainder.
Prediction: 1st Circling Moon, 2nd Jock Talk, 3rd Constable Buckley

FOCUS ON HEAVEN did it well after 339 days off the track when landing the odds at Fairyhouse last month and the lightly-raced three-year-old could improve again to land this before becoming a pattern-level animal next season. Kupa River's margin of victory was probably exaggerated on heavy ground last time out though he is fancied to go well, while Sorelle Delle Rose and Hit The Silk are also fancied to go close in this company.
Prediction: 1st Focus On Heaven, 2nd Sorelle Delle Rose, 3rd Kupa River

Title-chasing Pat Smullen has a solid book of weekend rides and SEA OF HOPE looks to be one of his better chances. Third at Tipperary last time out, a 3lb rise makes life harder though she does still look fairly treated and the booking of Smullen suggests that a big run is expected. Intense Stylist wilted close to the finish last time out when third and may well appreciate this drop in distance, while Feeling Easy got the better of the selection last time out but her overall profile is patchy to say the least.
Prediction: 1st Sea Of Hope, 2nd Intense Stylist, 3rd Feeling Easy

Fair Game ran a huge race in defeat when second at Roscommon last time out and Colin Keane looks set to employ positive tactics once more in what will be slightly less testing conditions, while the consistent Count Of Carabass returned to winning ways at Listowel last time out and can handle varying ground. It might be worth chancing the in-form HARRY SPEED once more, who won well at Ayr in August and followed that up with an excellent second at Down Royal off 5lb higher last month.
Prediction: 1st Harry Speed, 2nd Fair Game, 3rd Count Of Carabass
